Street Scene | A Taste of San Diego
Street Scene is an end-of-summer tribal affair, San Diego-style. Californians fill the streets of San Diego’s Gas Lamp District to celebrate this eclectic urban music festival, which features many live touring musicians, including former Grammy winners and rising stars. Festival attendees wear costumes and masks while they dance the night away. Part of Street Scene is A Taste of San Diego, a mini food fest in which many San Diego restaurants participate. Street Scene also has a variety of drink stands where revelers can obtain beer, margaritas and blended rum drinks. Multiple performance stages and Carnival-like parades are a big draw at San Diego’s Street Scene.
